#3: Across cultures and continents, our ancestors have always known what neuroscience now backs up - making music together is an intrinsic technology that reconnects us with ourselves and each other, taking our nervous systems out of survival and into the fullness of the present moment. The joy we can access when we sing together is an essential lifeline - and it is everybody’s birthright.
